Artist statement:

"For me, painting is knowledge, salvation, power, abandonment.  Painting is theosophy — that is the mental or visionary penetration of the entire hierarchy of a spiritual universe and carnal world. The process of painting unites a certain mode of cognition, a higher gnosis, a speculative knowledge of traditional information, and the most personal, interior experience.

Experience, memory, images, desire and impulses--like scattered inscriptions from an Egyptian temple--all shape a body of abstract, creative thought that awakens the mind and spirit."
